Camping
We have a pretty orchard and adjacent wildflower meadow and field that are great for camping, also the top of homefield is nice and flat. You can enjoy good views across the countryside and many fine farm walks with public footpaths from the farm gate.
There is lots of wildlife, including badgers, rabbits and foxes, owls and buzzards, butterflies and bees. The skylarks are wonderful on the path to the stone circle.
We are in a lovely spot with little light pollution and beautiful starry skies on clear nights.
Drinking water standpipes are situated around the campsite, next to fire hoses. SHOWERS and toilets (2) in the heated cabin next to the Café on the driveway, and 4 showers in the trailer on the campsite as well as 4 mains flushing toilets.
SHOWER CABIN: there is a communal FRIDGE with a small FREEZER box for ice blocks and a microwave for your use.
This is a small basic site with few facilities and a wealth of nature.

Prices…
£25 Large Pitch (10m x 8m) for 2 people/per night
£6 per additional adult/per night
£3 per additional child per night (children 3yrs - 14yrs)
£3 per dog per night
PITCHES: We have 10 – 25 grass pitches available at certain times of the year.
HOOK-UPS: We have 3 x 10amp electrical hook-ups @ £30 for 2 people/per night.
HARD-STANDING: There is one hard-standing pitch with one of our 10amp hook-ups (2 hard-standing pitches in the same place, if you are travelling together)
BREAKFAST, bacon rolls, coffee etc. are available to buy between 08:30 – 10:00 from the café on the drive, plus fresh bread, fruit, milk, butter, fresh farm eggs and bacon along with ice cream, beers, ciders and soft drinks, prosecco and wines. We also sell firewood and charcoal
TOILETS & SHOWERS: The toilets and hot showers are free for campers to use. Hot water in the cabin showers next to the café comes from our woodchip biomass boiler, there is a communal fridge with freezer space.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only dispose of waste in the ELSAN point if you use GREEN TOILET LIQUID - £250 fine for incorrect disposal.
We are not on the main sewerage system, we have our own wastewater treatment plant.
CHECK-IN & OUT: Check-in is 2pm, check out is 10am.
